artmattersnow.online is an experimental playground for digital exhibition-making, supporting Christie Chan’s doctoral research into the potential of online exhibitions in facilitating more accessible, culturally and linguistically inclusive forms of museum engagement.

The project builds on the foundation of Art Matters Now (AMN), a curatorial initiative co-founded by Christie Chan and Rory Williams in 2020 to explore new ways of curating digitally, with accessibility and collaboration at its heart. Since its inception, AMN has produced over 80 interactive 360° virtual tours of exhibitions and immersive artworks, helping artists, higher education institutions, and cultural heritage venues creatively digitise their work to enhance engagement and education.
